`NOTICE_NOT_FOUND` · HTTP 404

## What it means

No published notice matches that id or slug. It may never have been published, or it may be outside the published set.

## What to do

A slug changes when a correction rewords a notice's title, and the id never does. If a slug from a link no longer resolves, look the notice up by its `id`.
