# Not included in a trial

`TRIAL_NOT_INCLUDED` · HTTP 403

## What it means

The key is valid, but the account is on a trial, and keys answer only once a plan is chosen.

## What to do

An account owner can choose a plan in account settings. The same keys answer from then on. Issuing a new key will not help.
