What the data is

Fentlig collects Swedish public procurement: the notices buyers publish, the contracting authorities behind them, award results and contracts, the tender documents, and the requirements and award criteria extracted from those documents. The data is in Swedish.

Fetching one notice is open to anyone, with no key. Listing and searching need a key.
